With nearly a decade of experience in the sports industry, I have held key managerial roles in various organizations, focusing on strategic planning, talent development, and operational management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Physical Education & Sports at National Law University, Meghalaya, Mr. Rishanlang Veban Diengdoh oversees physical education and sports programs, along with teaching the BBA Undergraduates.

Previously, Mr. Rishanlang Veban Diengdoh served with the Sports Authority of India as a Sports Officer (Athlete Relations Manager) looking after two National Centres of Excellence (Guwahati and Itanagar), where he streamlined sports event organization, managed athlete development pathways, oversaw the management and maintenance of sports facilities, training centres, and infrastructure and ensured top-tier facilities for training and competition. His tenure at PromoEsports Agency as Regional Manager before being promoted to Regional Director of Football – Eastern Europe allowed him to scout and negotiate contracts for emerging football talents in Europe and South America, securing contracts in top European clubs. He also contributed to the examination and academic administration of MIT University Shillong for a brief period.

Academically, Mr. Rishanlang Veban Diengdoh holds an MBA in Sports Management and an MBA in Football Business from Barcelona, and a BBA in Sports Management from the National Academy of Sports Management, Mumbai. Additionally, He is also a licensed UEFA coach, demonstrating his commitment to both the business and technical aspects of sports.

Beyond his professional roles, Mr. Rishanlang Veban Diengdoh is affiliated with organizations such as the Union of European Football Association (UEFA), the Meghalaya Table Tennis Association (MTTA), and the Khelo India University Games (KIUG), contributing to sports development and governance at multiple levels.
