First Registrar of National Law University of Meghalaya

Smt. Kerpa Meida Lyngdoh Nongbri, MHJS was appointed as the first Registrar of the National Law University of Meghalaya. She also serves as the Director of the Meghalaya State Judicial Academy.
With extensive experience in the field of law and the judiciary, she has been actively involved in judicial administration and legal education. In her capacity as Director of the Judicial Academy, she has overseen administrative functions while contributing to the professional development of Judicial Officers, advocates, law students, and other stakeholders through structured training and academic engagement.
Her tenure in the District Judiciary, where she presided over various courts as a Judicial Officer, provided her with substantial adjudicatory and administrative experience, which significantly contributed to her role during her tenure as Registrar of the University.
