Halls of Residence

National Law University Meghalaya is a fully residential institution, ensuring that students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes become part of a close-knit academic environment. The residential model is designed not only to support academics but also to foster community living, personal growth, and holistic development.

Residential Programme

All students admitted to Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. courses are required to stay on campus, making the University’s residential setup an integral part of the educational experience. This arrangement ensures that students can make the most of the facilities, resources, and collaborative opportunities available within the University.

By residing on campus, students are exposed to vibrant peer interactions, round-the-clock academic support, and an immersive cultural and intellectual atmosphere.

The University provides separate and well-equipped Boys’ Halls of Residence and Girls’ Halls of Residence to ensure comfort, safety, and inclusivity for all students.
